Videos can be embedded anywhere the markdown editor (text editor) is accessible. This includes:
What videos can be embedded?
Currently TRAK is compatible with Youtube and Vimeo.
How to embed videos?
Navigate to the markdown editor (text editor) and select the video icon.
A window will pop up with the option to add the video URL. Paste the full URL into the field and select "Insert".
Save your edits and publish.
The link format for Vimeo videos is: https://vimeo.com/xxxxxxxx.
The link format for Youtube videos is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xxxxxxxxxxx.
How to edit the video link?
Navigate to the location of the embedded video in edit mode and select the 🖊️ Pen icon.
A window will pop up for you to edit the URL. "Cancel" if there is no need to edit the link or paste in a new link and click "Update".
How to delete the video from the page?
To delete an embedded video from a page, navigate to the location of the embedded video in edit mode and select the "bin" icon. Remember to save your changes.
