This article outlines how you can manage a Learner's Learning Record or to manually provide a credit.
Please note: Creating new learning records are exclusive to TRAK Owners. If you wish to obtain this permission, kindly communicate with your User Administrator.

Individual learning record management
Navigate to your Profile menu in the top right corner and click on "Admin". You will see the options for Learning, Content, Learning records and Site settings.
Click on "Learning record management" under the Learning records heading.
The Learning record management page will open with two drop downs available. Type in the Learners family name to begin the search. You can select multiple Learners.
Then select the Target type. This can be:
- Learning resource - eLearning module
- Learning resource - instructor led
- Certificate
Choose the corresponding Learning Resource or Certificate and the right side of the screens will populate with the learner's names and their last recorded interaction. Select the names you wish to update.
Once the Learners are selected, the below options will appear.
The learning record options available are:
- Achieve - Achieve will indicate that the learner has achieved this learning resource after completing a list of prerequisites
- Complete - Complete will indicate that the learner has completed this learning resource.
- Credit - Credit will indicate that the learner has been credited with completion for this learning resource, despite not having completed it. This is often due to recognition of prior learning.
- Fail - Fail will indicate that the learner has failed to complete this learning resource.
- Pass - Pass will indicate that the learner has completed this learning resource. It works the same way as complete, but implies that the completion was given based on a test or score.
- Reset - Reset will reset the learners learning records on this learning resource.
Select the date this record will be connected to and a comment on the reason for this record and click "Give learning records".
A dialogue will appear to confirm your choice. Click "Create records" and a confirmation box will appear. Click "Okay" and you're done!
Bulk uploading training history
To bulk upload larger lists of training history, download and fill in the .csv file, fill in the details and raise a TRAK request on Monday.com.
- Learner's ingestion ID - this is their username to sign in or can be found in the user data file under the column titled ingestionId.
- Verb - this is what training record you would like to provide the learner with.
Examples include: COMPLETE, ATTEND, PASS, CREDIT, ABSENT, ENROLL - Date - the date that this training record was made
- Learning Resource ID - the ID of the learning resource the training history will be made against.
